Theresa Parsons came to TCASE in 1997 from LRP Publications, where she worked as a Washington Correspondent on Education and Disability Law. In that role, she covered the White House, the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Labor, the House and Senate, the Supreme Court and national associations on issues relating to education and disability policy. She is a Certified Association Executive and a Certified Meeting Professional.

Theresa manages the staff; coordinates board, committee and other volunteer activities; works with the legislature, agencies and with other organizations; develops membership programs and benefits; secures non dues revenue for the organization; manages the content of the TCASE web site and newsletter; and develops and maintains the budget for the organization.

Judy Carr has been with TCASE since 1993 and is a Certified Association Executive and a Certified Meeting Professional. She has performed in many roles at the organization, and currently serves as the Associate Executive Director.

Judy manages the daily finances of the organization, publishes the TCASE Directory, develops conference publications (programs), manages conference registration procedures and processes, and handles member relations.

Carolyn Poldrack came to TCASE in 2002 from the Texas Educational Support Staff Association, where she assisted with database management and other administrative duties.

Carolyn processes all registrations for membership, professional liability insurance and conferences. She also processes changes in contact information and product orders.

Tammy Cooke first came to work for TCASE in 2000 for 3 years, and returned in 2006.  She brings with her several years of association experience as well as a background in the hospitality industry. 

Tammy is involved in the production of the Midwinter and Summer Leadership conferences, the Leadership Academy, The Promethean and other meetings and events. She is the main contact for exhibitors, speakers, hotels and other facilities.

Shelbie Akers joined TCASE in 2008.  She has several years experience as a corporate meeting planner and in the hospitality industry.

Shelbie is involved in the production of the Midwinter and Summer Leadership conferences, the TCASE Legal Academy, New Directors' Academy,  and other meetings and events. She is the main contact for speakers, hotels and other facilities.
